St. George Mining Limited

St George Mining Limited is developing the world-class rare earths-niobium Araxá Project in Minas Gerais, Brazil to support critical minerals supply chains outside of China. The Project has the largest high-grade rare earths deposit in South America and one of the highest resources for magnet rare earths in the world. In addition, the Araxá Project has one of the world’s largest undeveloped niobium deposits. Niobium is rated the second most important critical metal by the US with 90% of global production from Brazil. The region around the Araxá Project has a long history of commercial niobium production and provides access to existing infrastructure and a skilled workforce. The high-grade mineralisation at the Project starts from surface which, together with the favourable project logistics, provides St George with a fast-track to production. The Company is listed on in Australia on the ASX (ticker SGQ) and in Frankfurt on FSE (ticker SOG).

NioCorp

NioCorp is developing the fully permitted Elk Creek Critical Minerals Project in Nebraska, a U.S. source of niobium, scandium, titanium, and magnetic rare earth elements essential to advanced manufacturing and national security. The Elk Creek Project has raised more than $500 million since Jan. 2025, received $10 million in Pentagon funding, and is under consideration by the U.S. Export-Import Bank for debt financing of up to 65% of the project’s CAPEX costs. Elk Creek is designed to supply materials central to modern defense, aerospace, robotics, AI, and energy technologies while reducing America’s reliance on foreign sources. Solcoa

Solcoa Industries is an American rare earth metals producer headquartered in Alameda, California. Solcoa converts rare earth oxides into the high-purity metals and alloys at the foundation of electrification, automation, and defense — rebuilding a domestic supply chain for materials the West has long depended on China to produce. Using new chemistries and a novel proprietary process, Solcoa makes these materials at lower cost than conventional processes, without their harmful emissions.
