Emmanuel oversees Global Trade protein, pulses and feedstuffs trading businesses, based in Rolle, Switzerland. He is also in charge of various destination marketing countries in the EMEA region. He joined ADM in 2014 as Head of Soybean meal trading desk and has since held several product and country management positions within the company. He has spent his entire career working in the food and agriculture sector. Emmanuel holds an Agriculture Engineer Degree as well as an MBA in Management of Agro Industries from the Essec Business School in Paris, France.

Nowadays after 6 years with Cargill (joined in July 2010) and 2 years with Al Ghurair Resources (Dubai), then CAFI (Dubai), she has joined in Jan 2019 Agthia Group to protect (59% of Abu Dhabi Government company) their rights as one of the biggest food, feed, and beverage company in Arab Gulf in terms of commodities procurement. In total as of today Dr. Evgeniya has more than 14 years of successful experience in Agri business worldwide what is giving Her a confidence to stay at the stage of trading main grain commodities to perform the best value of money for final consumers and grain suppliers. Olivier Tichit is the Director of Sustainability of Musim Mas Group, based in Medan (Indonesia). Olivier oversees the implementation and execution of Musim Mas Sustainability plan. His role includes reviewing the Group sustainability policy and strategy, as well as working with the Group’s key customers and stakeholders to identify synergies for enhancing palm oil sustainability. Musim Mas is an active member of the Roundtable for Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO), where Olivier serves as alternate member of the Board of Governors, and as co-chair of the Standing Committee for Standards, and as member of the Finance Committee and of the Standing Committee for Assurance. Prior to Musim Mas, Olivier was the Group Head of Sustainability of SIPEF, a Belgian plantations company present in Cote d'Ivoire, Indonesia and Papua New Guinea. Before joining SIPEF, Olivier was the Indonesia Country Manager for a major commodities merchant group, Ecom Agroindustrial, and spearheaded sustainable certifications for coffee smallholders.

Gregorio Diaz

Gregorio Davila Diaz has been contributing to the Common Agricultural Policy since 2013, when he joined the European Commission. He first dealt with the rural development policy and, after the latest CAP reform, he leads the team responsible for the environmental and climate objectives of the CAP. In this context, he participates in the design and implementation of the green architecture of the CAP Strategic Plans, as well as the legislative process related to the Green Deal initiatives. He studied Economics in Spain, Germany and the USA and has worked for United Nations in Bosnia-Herzegovina, the Spanish Embassy in Cuba and for several local development agencies in Spain before joining the European Commission.

COO, PRIO BioAnabela began his journey in R&D in the area of Pulp and Paper, with a desire to pursue an academic career, having completed a Master's Degree in Chemistry in 1999. From 2000-2006 worked as Quality Manager in different industries related to packing sector. In 2007 she embraced the challenge of being part of the PRIO biodiesel plant construction team, in the Port of Aveiro, Portugal. The last 16 years have been dedicated to PRIO and the biofuels industry, working in different areas: production, quality/research and management. She led the transition process from the unit, designed to process vegetal virgin oils, to a production unit based on wastes and residues. During this professional path, she completed his training with several specializations: Black Belt Certification, Sustainable Management and the AMEG program – Advanced Energy Management. She is currently COO at PRIO Bio, with the responsibility for the Biodiesel Production Unit, Raw Material Supply and the QSA area of the entire PRIO Group. Represents the company in several national and international forums related to the field of biofuels. She is also on the board of EWABA, European Waste-Based & Advanced Biofuels Association. Sustainable development represents an area of daily work, with a constant search for new approaches, maintaining the company's competitiveness and contributing to a low-carbon economy. She likes to connect people from different areas to get the best performance from the team, technology and available resources. To calm the mind, she practices sports and counts on family and friends to have fun and relax.

Anton Zhemerdieiev has extensive experience in various areas of agriculture: public administration (Parliament of Ukraine, Ministry of Agrarian Industry and Food), international trade (CHS Inc.), infrastructure (Maxigrain terminal), and production (Astarta, TAS Agro). He has successful experience in managing trade in grains, oilseeds and processed products, port transshipment, oilseed processing and auto/rail/sea logistics. He graduated from the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics (two master’s degrees in "Commodity Science and Trading Business" and "Commercial Law").

Andrew Voysey

Chief Impact Officer, Soil Capital

Andrew is Chief Impact Officer at Soil Capital, the agronomy firm that launched a regenerative agriculture transition programme certifying its climate impact in 2020. It is the longest-running such programme in Europe. Andrew led the development of this programme, called Soil Capital Carbon, which has now seen more than 1,000 British, French and Belgian farmers enrol, achieved close to 200,000 tonnes of verified reductions and removals and enabled the disbursement of some EUR 4 million to farmers in performance-based payments. The programme is designed to enable food and beverage firms to deliver proven Scope 3 reductions. He is on the Supervisory Board of the Cool Farm Alliance and a Strategic Advisor to the Sustainable Soils Alliance in the UK. Prior to Soil Capital, Andrew spent a decade building the sustainable finance practice at the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. During this time, he led several industry collaborations between the finance and food and farming sectors. He was also an advisor on climate change to the Bank of England.
