Operators at Stolthaven's Houston terminal added styrene inhibitor to styrene storage drums at the site after two 275-gallon capacity IBC totes were discovered leaking to the atmosphere on 24 May.
The leak, which occurred at the terminal's 90-day storage building, resulted in no off-site impact, according to the filing with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
