16 June Yara, Cepsa agree green ammonia offtake Norway-based fertilizer producer Yara has signed a low-carbon ammonia offtake agreement with Spanish energy company Cepsa, with the companies also planning to build a 750,000 t/yr green ammonia facility in San Roque, near the port of Algeciras.
