Alex Krutz is the Managing Director of Patriot Industrial Partners, an Aerospace and Defense advisory firm that elevates business performance by focusing on manufacturing strategy, value creation and business transformation. He has been a consultant for Airframe OEMs, Tier 1’s and Tier 2’s on operational turnarounds and for private equity groups on value creation planning and execution.

Previous to starting Patriot Industrial Partners, Alex worked for United Technologies, GKN Aerospace and various aerospace and defense businesses in roles of general management, operations, supply chain and program management. His experience spans across Engines, APUs, structures, composites and large complex assemblies.
