As the conference is being held in the Netherlands, all in-person delegate tickets are subject to Dutch VAT, unless your business is established in the Netherlands and has a Dutch VAT number. EU/non-EU businesses may be able to reclaim the Dutch VAT charged through their local tax office. Please click here for more information.
A physical in-person conference pass provides:

Hotel accommodation and Visa application
Delegates are responsible for their hotel, travel and visa arrangements. Event room rates are available on a first-come, first-served basis. For a VISA support letter, you will need to have registered and paid first before requesting a VISA support letter.
