Wondernet Express Investment Group was founded by ADIA, Covalent, and the well-known U.S. trading company Trammo, Inc. The company employs up to 200 people and received a direct investment of $25 million for the construction of its terminal, which began operations in April 2021.

Wondernet Express Investment Group transships mineral fertilizers from Central Asian countries to global markets through its terminal located in the Port of Batumi.
The Mineral Fertilizers Terminal spans 1.5 hectares and features three enclosed warehouses with a total storage capacity of 80,000 tons. The facility is equipped with state-of-the-art loading and unloading conveyor systems, as well as sewage and communication infrastructure, video surveillance, automatic fire alarm, and fire extinguishing systems, ensuring the terminal operates safely and efficiently.
Terminal employs up to 200 people, it can discharge 150 Railcars per day, Conveyor belt speed – 750 tons/hr. and ship loading speed is 1200 tons/hr. The terminal’s total annual throughput capacity is 1.5 million tons of mineral fertilizers.

The main strong point of the Kulevi Oil Refinery is its geographical location of Georgia - proximity to raw material and sales markets, the geographical location of the refinery - the Black Sea coast, proximity to major transport hubs - the Kulevi terminal - 2 kilometers, which can accept and load both rail and sea transport. It is also important to have backup options that can be used in the event of an emergency - the Poti port - 30 kilometers, the Supsa Oil Terminal (the last point of the Baku-Supsa oil pipeline) 55 kilometers, the Batumi port - 100 kilometers.
To receive Crude Oil - the company needs a maximum of 3-4 days by rail from Baku, and a maximum of 2 days by sea from the sea terminal of CPC.
Delivery of sold products to the main export markets (by sea transport): Turkey, Romania (naphtha) – 1-2 days; Mediterranean region countries (naphtha, diesel) - Greece - 4-5 days, Italy - 5-6 days, Spain - 8-9 days and France from the Atlantic Ocean side - 12-14 days; USA (fuel oil) - maximum 20-21 days.
