Gabriel Rozenberg has spent his career at the intersection of climate, public policy, and finance. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of CBAMBOO, the operating system for the world’s carbon border taxes. CBAMBOO helps global firms navigate the EU’s Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism, generating emissions data and mapping their tax exposure. Gabriel began his career at The Times as Economics Reporter, later working as an analyst and investment director at two hedge funds. He was also active in London politics before launching CBAMBOO in 2023.

Oliver Hatfield is the VP of Fertilizers for Argus Media in London. Oliver joined Argus in October 2018 following its acquisition of Integer Research, where he was head of the fertilizer market research team and one of the company’s founders. He has more than 20 years of experience in business analysis and consulting.

Oliver is currently leading business development across Argus’ global nitrogen, phosphates and potash businesses, and driving the development of the company’s business in clean ammonia and specialty fertilizers. He is a regular speaker at industry events and is a graduate of economics and development economics from the University of Manchester in the UK.

Dr. Maen F. Nsour is President and CEO of the Arab Potash Company (APC) since April 23, 2019. Before his current position he was Senior Advisor for Business Development and Strategies at APC since September 2017. Dr. Nsour was Chief-of-Staff and Special Advisor to the Prime Minister of Jordan. He was also a member of the Economic and Financial Ministerial Committee. In his capacity as Chief-of-Staff and Special Advisor to the Prime Minister Dr. Nsour served as the principal adviser to the Prime Minister, offering strategic and tactical advice to the Prime Minister on policy matters and on the implementation of the government's strategic plans and programs. Dr. Nsour was Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Jordan Investment Board (JIB). JIB is the government agency responsible for attracting investments, supporting exports, and creating an investment-conducive economic environment. Dr. Nsour was Senior Regional Programs Adviser at the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in New York. He was also Director of Policy Planning and Economic Studies at the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation in Jordan.

Born in the US to Belgian parents and educated in law, economics, and international studies, Philippe built a diverse international career across Europe, Asia and Africa. He arrived in Bulgaria in 1997 to lead major privatisation and restructuring projects. He played a pivotal role in the revival of MDK Pirdop (now Aurubis Bulgaria) and later became instrumental in transforming Agropolychim into a leading fertilizer producer. A long-time advocate of sustainable agriculture and low-carbon technologies, Philippe led significant investments in clean energy and innovation. Today, he focuses on the company’s strategic growth and its role in the green transition.

Aviv Bar Tal is the Global Vice President Commercial at OCI Global, a European leader in low-carbon nitrogen and hydrogen-based products. OCI Global produces ammonia, melamine, AdBlue and nitrate fertilisers from its base in Geleen in the Netherlands, and operates the only independent last-mile ammonia distribution network and import terminal at the Port of Rotterdam.

Aviv oversees OCI’s global commercial strategy, including the sales, sourcing, logistics and trading of over 3mn t of fertiliser, ammonia and industrial products annually. OCI, under his leadership, is pioneering low-carbon ammonia bunkering for vessels at Rotterdam and expanding inland barge and rail infrastructure to accelerate decarbonisation across the chemical and fertiliser sectors.

Since joining OCI in 2021, Aviv has led the transformation of ammonia from a conventional fertiliser feedstock into a clean energy vector and hydrogen carrier. He previously spent 22 years at ICL Group, holding senior roles across Israel, the Netherlands, China and Brazil, including as SVP of Innovative Agriculture Solutions Europe.

Since 2024 Kristin is working as Head of R&D for Insect Frass at REPLOID Group AG, specializing in the development of innovative biofertilizers and biostimulants derived from insect frass and chitin-rich by-products of the bioconversion of organic residues by larvae of Black Soldier Fly. From 2019 to 2024, she served as Senior Scientist at the Institute for Environmental Science & Research (ESR) in New Zealand, focusing on soil health and sustainable agriculture. Kristin’s previous roles include Scientist for biofertilizer development at nadicom GmbH, Germany (2018–2019), and Researcher at the Netherlands Institute for Ecology (NIOO-KNAW, 2013–2018). Academic experience encompasses an MSc in Molecular Ecology (University of Bayreuth, 2010–2013) and PhD in Soil Microbiology (Wageningen University, The Netherlands), with research positions at the Max Planck Institute for Terrestrial Microbiology and University of Warwick. Kristin’s expertise centers on microbial ecology and applied bioconversion technologies.

Kawtar Benkhraba

Kawtar Benkhraba is Executive Vice President, Green Solutions at OCP Nutricrops, where she leads the development and marketing of sustainable plant nutrition solutions supporting OCP’s global sustainability agenda. Nathália Ervedosa is a lawyer and executive with 17yr of experience structuring finance for energy businesses, focusing on infrastructure, clean technologies and the global energy transition. She is the chief operating officer (COO) of H2Brazil, a company that develops large-scale green hydrogen projects in Brazil for domestic and international markets. Her career combines legal and executive experience in structuring, financing and managing energy projects. This allows her to connect regulatory frameworks with innovative business strategies across law, finance and sustainability. Nathália holds a law degree from the Federal University of Ceará in Brazil, a master’s in economic constitutional law, postgraduate specialisations in banking law from FGV-Rio and international contracts from PUC-SP, and an LL.M. in European social security law from KU Leuven in Belgium. She is a PhD candidate at NOVA School of Law (Universidade NOVA de Lisboa) and a research associate at the NOVA Green Lab. Her research focuses on the role of institutional investment in a just energy transition, exploring the balance between sustainability, governance and social justice. Before joining H2Brazil, Nathália structured major energy and infrastructure ventures, where she led investment attraction, PPA negotiations and the design of financial and economic feasibility models for large-scale renewable energy projects. Her work has supported international initiatives relevant to global energy security and climate goals. Alongside her executive career, she is a partner at Ervedosa Advogados. The law firm specialises in labour, pension and regulatory law, and she has led high-impact collective actions to protect the rights of workers and pension beneficiaries. Using her strategic leadership, Nathália has managed large teams and co-ordinated complex projects, such as sustainable master plans for free trade zones and export processing areas. She applies corporate governance best practice and aims for long-term value creation. At H2Brazil, she aims to make Brazil a global leader in the green hydrogen market by combining technological innovation, economic competitiveness and social and environmental responsibility.

Mr Braz has worked at the Port of Açu since 2019 and has more than 20yr of experience in logistics, operations and negotiating highly complex contracts in the oil and gas, infrastructure and navigation industries. He is responsible for attracting companies to set up operations at the Port of Açu. He is also responsible for developing rail, road and cabotage connectivity to boost the port's competitiveness, and for managing activities at the Multicargo Terminal (TMULT) and the development of other terminals.
